Director of Curriculum
and Instruction

The objective of this position
is to provide direct leadership
to the administration, faculty,
and students with the goal
of developing, sustaining, retooling, and evaluating curriculum,
assessment, data analysis,
technology integration,
and instructional strategies in order to increase student achievement.

Qualifications:

- This is an Act 93 - 240 day position
- PA Principal Certification /
PA Supervisory Certification in
Curriculum and Instruction
- Master's Degree in Educational
Leadership or related field
- Management experience with
demonstrated success in
developing, coaching, and building
the capacity of staff and students
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills; ability to
communicate complex ideas
simply and succinctly
- Strong organizational skills,
including keen attention to detail
and managing competing
demands, and determining
priorities independently
- Adaptable when managing
multiple, shifting priorities;
comfortable with ambiguity
- Outstanding interpersonal
and teamwork skills;
ability to work collaboratively
with stakeholders

Salary is commensurate
with experience.
