Plant Supervisor:
We are seeking a Plant Supervisor to complement our team in the Rycroft facility. This position coordinates the receiving, handling, movement, storage, and distribution of product and supplies for all inbound and outbound transactions.

Key Accountabilities:
• Manages the Warehouse/Seed Cleaning team and facility organization.
• Responsible for meeting all company inventory management, packaging,
safety, QC sampling, and quality control guidelines.
• Ensures all materials are properly packaged, labeled, stacked, handled, and
transacted in a safe and organized manner.
• Assists with organization, maintenance and repair of all yard and facility
machinery and equipment, racking, forklifts, and corporate vehicles.
• Participates in the Health and Safety program.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and lead a successful team with a positive outlook and strong interpersonal skills for success with cross functional departments. Qualifications should include the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities, be results oriented with a strong sense of urgency. A minimum of two years' experience in an equivalent role as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
