Dr. Juan Padilla is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Padilla is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. He has served as Chief of the Neuroscience Department at DHR Health since 2016. 

Dr. Padilla attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Mayagüez in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, where he received his bachelor degree. He received his medical degree from the Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Ciencias Medicas in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He completed a surgical internship and neurosurgery residency training at Hospital Universitario de Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
