Move It Storage is a group of privately owned companies chartered to acquire and manage self-storage facilities. A. Starke 'Tracy' Taylor, III, founded the Move It companies in 2013 as a new venture after a four-decade partnership in the storage industry operating under the trade name Watson & Taylor Self Storage. Over forty years, Watson & Taylor acquired and developed multiple asset classes of real estate, including developing, acquiring, operating, and selling more than 100 self-storage properties.
