TOWN OF ALFORD PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 pm on June 14, in person and on Zoom, the Alford Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Novin-Cannon STE West Road LLC for Special Permits from the Planning Board for their property located at 139 - 149 West Road, Alford, Massachusetts, Alford Assessors Map 406, Lot 5.2, pursuant to the Alford Zoning Bylaws 7.5.3 to construct a driveway in excess of 500 ft., 7.5.4, to construct a driveway with a grade in excess of 6%, 7.5.6, to construct a common driveway.
