Berkshire Metropolitan Planning Organization PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT The Berkshire MPO is seeking public comment on the 2023 Coordinated Public Transit - Human Services Transportation Plan. The Coordinated Plan is the basis for funding of Federal transportation projects serving the elderly, persons with disabilities, and low-income individuals under current federal transportation law - Section 5310. The plan identifies qualified projects which will be eligible to compete for funding through this program.
