We are looking for a full time Lease Administrator to join our team!

What you bring:
-DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Detail oriented
-Positive attitude, self sufficient while being able to work in a team environment.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-CDK experience an asset
-Strong computer skills
-Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently
-Proficiency with Excel and CRM software
-Demonstrates solid organizational skills
-Adaptable to change and positive attitude

Responsibilities:
-Maintaining and updating all lease-related documentation and ensuring data integrity
-Create lease maturity follow up and lien release letters
-Responsible for the administrative tasks pertaining to in-house leases this will include, but are not limited to reviewing lease packages to ensure documentation is complete and accurate, maintain and track critical dates, prepare bills of sale
-Costing, commissioning, and posting of in house lease deals, as well as posting depreciation, monthly billings and payments
-Follow up on customer payment issues and update insurance
-Customer inquiry follow up
-Reception lunch coverage
-Will be trained for other accounting duties (new and used car deals, as well as daily deposits) for coverage when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $4,300.00 per month
