Part-time Maintenance Person
Guhbawin Co-operative Homes Inc.
A 50 unit family Non-Profit Housing Corporation is seeking a responsible, self-motivated person to provide on-site maintenance/janitorial services for 15 hours per week.
Working closely with the Property Manager to provide services to members, the maintenance person is responsible for processing work orders and for all other aspects of building and ground maintenance. The candidate must possess several years of experience with building systems, fire code, WHIMIS, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry. Must be good with people, be in good physical form, possess a valid driver's license and must be available on-call outside of working hours.
